Subject description
The customer wants a centralized and standardized campaign management encompassing all distribution channels (omnichannel). The customer therefore decided to use SAP Bonus Buy. This is intended to standardize and optimize the previous system, which involved local maintenance of bonus buy conditions via the POS systems or the online shop.
