Internal auditing of an energy trading company

In the course of two audits in the "Sales and Marketing" and "Financial, Contractual and Management" business divisions, proposals for improving processes are identified on behalf of the parent company. The proposals are to be followed up and implemented and the implementation is to be documented, in line with the "International Standards on Auditing." Implementation of the proposals is very important in achieving an improvement to faulty processes.
