SAP BW: Refining the planning process in sales-controlled sales planning

Sales-controlled sales planning is based on a combination of scheduled materials/quantities/probabilities from a feeder system with figures from the operational ERP system (sales/orders) in order to maintain planning over a period starting in the current year and stretching several years into the future. The refinement of functional definitions, the handling of exceptional cases and the refined manual overriding of prices and quantities are all integrated into the existing application.
