Migration of gas contracts between retail and sales company from SAP CRM to Endur

Brief description
A reorganization has combined several companies into a single trading unit. In this project, the sales company is migrated from an SAP CRM solution to Endur. To benefit from the synergies of a standard platform, the processes of the complete chain must be reflected from automated deal entry in Front Office to settlement in the back office in Endur.

In close collaboration with the departments, requirements are created and all activities are supported from design to go-live. This completes tasks in project planning, as well project controlling, and the planning and implementation of the corresponding test phases. By preference, the Customizing functions of the Endur standard software are used to reflect contract components and processes. Individual script solutions are implemented in "OpenJVS" and "OpenComponent". Existing functions based on AVS scripts, where possible, also reimplemented or adapted in "OpenJVS". Test management is supported by the HPQC software. This includes definition and implementation of all test cases, as well as management of the errors and change requests arising from the tests.
Subject description
In addition to reflecting contracts, the activities focus on reflecting the connection with different upstream and downstream systems. The deal is entered in an automatic interface that ensures speedy contract completion between sales and retail company. Risk reporting was enhanced so that all required key figures are evaluated for the contracts. The corresponding contracts were added to the Endur-specific FO reporting APM.
