Support for the change management systems and maintaining and/or creating the validation and test documentation of a data warehouse system in an international pharmaceuticals company.
Supplement
During change management support, the required documentation and tests are created for the changes to be performed in the DWH systems. Above all, this includes requirement paper, solution paper, traceability matrix and risk documentation (function and system risks) as well as test plans. RequisitePro is used for that. Documents are created during the periodic review. During new developments, the required documents are created and tests performed. The overall system consists of several individual systems for which retirement documentation may also need to be created.
Subject description
Creation of documentation within the change management process in accordance FDA guidelines and customer-specific specifications; creation of corresponding templates in MS Word or MS Excel for generating requirement papers, solution papers, traceability matrices and documents. System or function risk documentation is created during the periodic review. If necessary, retirement documentation is created for the individual systems.
