Brief description
Support for the customer in the area of text analytics: This mass of unstructured regional and cross-regional messages are to be used as the basis for the determination and evaluation of automated sales notes for customer support consultants on a bank-customer-specific basis. Overnight, the "hits" are made available as activities in a portal or in the bank's own CRM system.
Supplement
Together with partners (developers and consultants), the message texts are imported, filtered, analyzed and assigned programmatically. In order to "train" the system, the automatic assignment of the texts to company and sales event are evaluated. After all feedback has been received, the quality of the system is improved. This can be both a CRM system, a BI environment or a portal (e.g. Reporting).
Subject description
On a daily basis, a professional message service delivers texts from over 900 magazines, regional and cross-regional newspapers, trade journals and trade register entries. With the aid of intelligent text analysis and self-learning algorithms, the messages are evaluated and formatted for specified sales events (e.g. expansion, new products, change in decision-maker). The transfer of the leads to CRM is carried out by interested party / customer and subject via a hyperlink to the message and the relevant highlighted text excerpt for the corresponding customer consultant. Benefits: No more time-consuming searches and manual evaluations. Time can be dedicated purely to acquisition activities. Assignment to the correct contact person is carried out overnight by a system mapping process. The results can be integrated directly with the task list (e.g. Outlook) and/or in the CRM system.
