Subject description
CROs (Clinical Research Organization) are, in part, very large multi-national organizations that perform clinical studies for their clients. In order to meet all legal and regulatory requirements and to meet the expectations of their clients, CRO's are subject to high expectations regarding integrity of results (e.g. preciseness, reproducibility, correctness, comparability, poolability). In order to meet these expectations in terms of the integrity and comparability of study results, CRO's seek to achieve the greatest possible standardization of processes and tools. To save and expand business strategies, the main objective of the customer is to understand CRO's and optimize cooperation with them both as clients and suppliers.
