To provide support for internal processes in the sales process, it was decided to introduce a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The starting point for the introduction involved defining the scope of the customer's entire tendering process, from creation using a release workflow, through to order placement by the customer.

A fundamental challenge here is the integration and use of Microsoft SharePoint for saving tender documents and revisions thereof due to desired changes. Another aim is to employ a collaborative approach beyond the CRM users, so SharePoint integration also includes user authorization control with the help of ActiveDirectory roles.
