Configurable adoption of contract data from sales colleagues from a database application in MS Excel and formatting of data (market information).
Supplement
Contract data is transmitted upon contract agreement from sales colleagues to a database application. Data from offers that did not lead to a successfully concluded contract is also transmitted (market information). The data is copied from this database to an Excel application. This data is copied on a daily basis. The objective of this implementation is to automate and log the copying of this data taking into account the defined implementation rules (at the 'push of a button' for reduction of the FTE). Manual data changes are also logged.
