Brief description
Development of an MS Access application for entering posting data for change money transactions.
Supplement
The application is used to enter posting data for the processes pool management, change money (cash), change money (non-cash) and recycling. Furthermore, after entry and plausibility checking of the data, it is formatted as DTA and CSV files for transfer to a banking house. To enable this, data is copied from a central application system, displayed using special dialog functions and released for file transfer and converted to the specified DTA and CSV structure and transferred electronically via file transfer.
Subject description
Stock, receipts and issues, and picking of change money, are entered and transmitted via interface to a banking house.
