Brief description
Test management is established to ensure the quality of further developments to an existing custom software. This includes development of an appropriate test concept, derivation and creation of required test cases, as well as planning, implementation and monitoring of individual test activities using Team Foundation Server.
Supplement
Test management covers the organization and performance of the two test phases User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing. For the creation of regression tests, workshops are held together with the specialist users in order to document their day-to-day tasks. These are formatted for the test cases. To reflect the test management processes within the Team Foundation Server, the process template is expanded and adapted.
