An existing standard CRM solution is enhanced with convenient features such as a generic data interface and automated status handling of deceased contacts, and rolled out to the productive environment. The overall solution covers the fields of service, sales and marketing. It can use both locally-installed, web-based, and mobile clients. Adjustments are also made in the analytical area of business intelligence / data warehouse components.
Subject description
Recently-implemented mechanisms ensure that deceased customers are no longer included in advertising activities. Business operations that meet certain criteria and have not been processed for long enough are now closed automatically.
