Creation of a Web application optimized for use on mobile end devices. Data from an MS CRM Dynamics System and an attached data warehouse are used. The user group comprises field sales employees in Sales. Scope of functions: Deadline management, customer and contact management, product handover and ordering management, graphical visualization of DWH information.
Subject description
Field sales employees are provided with a mobile application with which they can document customer-related activities directly in the CRM system and also view customer-specific information. This is tracked using optimized representation of managed sales processes during information recording (appointment-driven sales process). Customer-related information is combined and displayed in cockpits / dashboards to enable a better overview.
