Support for ConAktiv – SAP interface

The customer has a subsidiary company that works in the area system certification for various branches. For orders and outgoing invoices, data are currently transferred manually from an adapted version of the software product, ConAktiv, into the central ERP system SAP R/3. As a result of the implemented interface, the data transfer is comprehensively automated. Up-to-date information about the subsidiary company's orders and outgoing invoices is made available to the company's central departments of financial accounting and controlling. The subsidiary is more tightly integrated into the controlling processes. The interface technically enables the data flow to be electronically monitored and allows prompt analysis and intervention in the event of functional or technical transfer errors.
