Replacement of an old, external correspondence application by a new development and integration into the existing, central master data application.

The majority of correspondence is based on standard letters available in the form of MS Word document templates. The templates are provided with bookmarks that are filled with data from the central master data applications, depending on the specific customer and contract to which the correspondence refers.
Subject description
Correspondence is currently controlled via an external Access application. Within the applications, defined SQL queries are used to access the relevant data. The aim of the new development and integration is to generate documents quickly in the functional context with "active" SQL querying on the user side.
