Skills and competencies are centrally recorded. Up to 10 levels are permitted. Skills and capabilities are assigned with the corresponding levels to persons as actual values and to jobs and projects as target requirements. Limits specifying the minimum degree of matches can be defined for queries. The persons meeting at least this degree of matching are found. The search results can be graphically displayed in a suitable manner. The application can be used in a browser and in Notes. It was implemented using XPages.
