Intranet application for personnel managers to automatically create reference letters. The human resources department initiates the creation of the reference letter via a web-based application. The supervisor receives an InfoPath form created by the application. The reference document is created from this on the client, once the evaluation has been filled out. The form data is saved in a database and the reference document is stored on a file server.
Supplement
The information path forms are created individually depending of the type of certificate, company department etc. and based on the configuration data stored in the application. To create the reference document in Word format on the client, the general information stored on all the clients is used to create the templates.
