SAP BW (MM): optimization of inventory model and inventory controlling

Brief description
The existing BW inventory model, with its initial stock and movements into and out of this, is to be replaced by an optimized for performance reasons and due to its increasing memory requirement.

The new model is intended to solve issues regarding performance problems, archiving and the increasing memory size. Subjects that are to be taken into consideration include: constant data quantity and the problem of current and past material stock that results from the initial stock and movements in and out of stock.
Subject description
By dividing into multiple partial InfoCubes (annual cubes) and merging with a MultiProvider, it is possible to retain in the system only data/material transactions for the last three years, for example. When a partial InfoCube is inserted, the initial non-cumulative has to be determined again. This involves exporting the markers for the cube to be inserted and additional compression of the previous non-cumulative to a new non-cumulative. All the data objects, data export structures and loading operations are implemented in the process.
