The project plans required for quotation preparation are created with MS Project 2003, taking into account personnel capacity planning. Modeling tool Enterprise Architect (EA) 4.0 is used for the modeling of class and data models. The customer and quotation presentations are created using MS PowerPoint 2003. Prototypes are used to clarify the quotation content. These are visualized with the standard software ComponentOne (e.g. when using a reporting tool with a .NET application).
Subject description
Inquiries and quotations are evaluated to determine details that are mostly related to sales controlling, regular meetings with the branch manager, company management / sales management, as well as to plan personnel capacity. This results in the determination of data for personnel requirements planning while meeting company objectives.
