On the basis of the existing contract data for energy supplying in SAP BW and SAP-ISU, an SAP BW application is intended to be used to support the regaining of customers. In addition to the option of selecting the relevant contracts and displaying them in corresponding queries, the data is to be made available for campaign functions in SAP CRM.
Supplement
The BW application is then developed in the AWB area data modeling and data staging, as well as by providing the relevant queries with the SAP BEx Analyzer. In addition to this, the contract data is to be made available with the OpenHub service in a database for campaign handling in SAP CRM and this is to be integrated into an MS SQL server.
Subject description
In order to improve the selection of contract data for regaining customers, a slim data model is to be implemented in BW on the basis of the existing contract data in InfoCube C84. This data model should significantly improve the long selection times that exist at present. The contract data is to be logically partitioned in individual info providers according to whether it is cancelled or not. The contract data will then be read together again via a MultiProvider. Data is to be updated via a delta process to be set up across all InfoProviders.
