The project implements new data protection requirements or new requirements from the department after the merging of specific business units within the company. The adjustments are made in the database environment that saves all types of permissions from the customers of the company regarding the use of their data. The objective of the changes should be correct classification of the customer based on their current permission status, which also matches the current data protection requirements.

The project comprises defining requirements from the System Modification Requests (SMR) within a functional design document, designing the adjustments within a technical design document, implementing the adjustments and performing the system test. The technical basis for permission assignment is the CRM Clarify system. The adjustments comprise changes in the Clarify frontend area (screen adjustment) when maintaining permissions for a customer, in the Clarify backend area (form code adjustments), as well as database changes in the form of DB structure and procedure changes. With the merging of certain business units, dependencies between permissions that are no longer current must be removed for various units and new dependencies must be added within the programming.
Subject description
The objective of adjustments within the database contained in the permissions should be simplified evaluation of the customer data from the department / correct permission assignment to the customers of the telecommunications company. Permissions represent approval from the customer allowing evaluation of a contract and usage data. Based on this data, the business units in the telecommunications company can provide customers with tailored services and targeted marketing promotions.
