Brief description
The central SAP system, with applications for the German, Austrian and Eastern European sales offices and for the corporation in the modules CS, MM, SD and FI/CO, is upgraded from 4.5B to 4.7 Enterprise.
Supplement
In addition to standard upgrade tasks (processing/ checking/ adjusting modifications and add-ons, integration tests, etc.), particular attention is paid to the business process review in servicing and logistics, with the aim of greatly reducing the number of modifications.
Subject description
Responsibility for the associated internal IT department affects the sales and service units (sales offices) in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and Eastern Europe. The cooperation is focused on the following areas: service management (master data, notifications, order processing, cost-related invoicing, call center processing, contracts, technician scheduling); authorization management for all specialist departments in the SSUs.
