Brief description
Process optimization, expansion and rollout of a materials management system in SAP R/3 MM, resulting from a migration from R/2 RM.
Supplement
First the materials management in certain companies in a plant construction group was migrated from R/2 to SAP R/3 MM. Next, other companies in the group are supported by SAP materials management during the course of the MM rollout.
Subject description
Orders, incoming goods and auditing of accounts is supported in MM on the basis of purchase requisitions. Different fields of business (energy production, energy distribution, and building services engineering) are taken into account.
