Supplement
The interfaces compare customer and order data, personal data, and invoice and payment information between the participating systems. Stored procedures are used for the data exchange between the SQL server databases.
Subject description
The standard Empire Time software is supplied via specially developed stored procedures with project-specific personnel master data, customer and order data, and with project-specific material and service costs. The invoice information created in the standard software is transferred to SAP FI for booking, and the payment information is written back for project controlling. Moreover, procedures for migrating old transaction data are implemented.
