Migration of an KWKG settlement system from VB to .NET

Brief description
Designing and developing an object-oriented application for processing state aid credits and debits in the context of a law (combined heat and power) in the .NET architecture.
Supplement
The application shall be used by the transmitting power grid operator to manage state aid credits to operators of combined heat and power plants and to manage debits that are transferred to consumers via distributing power grid operators. Forecasts of amounts of current shall be managed, invoices recorded and created (export interface with SAP/R3), audit certificates shall be managed and annual statements created.
Subject description
The application shall be used to record and process payments that accrue in the context of applying the Combined Heat and Power Act of April 1st, 2002.
