Brief description
Support for the release upgrade of an SAP R/3 system from 4.0B to 4.6C. The focus is on order-oriented production with adjustments, enhancements and interfaces.
Supplement
R/3 is operated on an AS/400 which is also used with customer-developments that communicate with R/3 and access the R/3 database. In addition, third-party systems that are supplied via interfaces must be taken into account, e.g. for document printing and dispatch processing.
Subject description
The focus is on order processing and production control. Variant configuration is used in order entry for locking systems. Production and assembly orders are generated from the customer order and then processed.
