A large portion of the data displayed in Salesforce originates from the client's legacy systems and is represented in Salesforce using objects, reports, and CRM Analytics dashboards. Data is automatically transferred to the Salesforce Cloud using the Salesforce Dataloader, where it is further processed. Feature development is conducted using SFDX in dedicated development environments, with Git used as the version control system. Most functionality is implemented with no-code and low-code methods, complemented by Apex and Lightning Web Components. A Single Sign-On (SSO) solution enables seamless and secure login. Testing and acceptance take place in designated environments that, along with the deployment and release process, ensure high product quality. The continuous integration and delivery process (CI/CD) enables quick and reliable deployment of new features and updates to production.
