Introduction Solution Manager Focused Build

Brief description
As part of a preliminary project for the introduction of S4HANA for Northern Europe, Focused Build is being introduced as project management software. Focused Build is an add-on that will be implemented on the existing Solution Manager.
Supplement
Focused Build is installed and configured within the existing 3-system landscape for the Solution Manager. The aim is to support the S4HANA implementation project with the project tools of Focused Build from Requirement to Deploy. Furthermore, the test management of the Solution Manager with the extensions for Focused Build will be used in the course of the project. A connection to SAP Signavio will be established for process documentation.
Subject description
SAP Focused Build supports the agile project approach for the implementation of SAP S4HANA systems. It offers a range of tools for project management and implementation. In particular, the Requirement to Deploy processes provide great support for longer projects to maintain an overall view of the development and configuration tasks within a project. In addition, Focused Build offers a range of dashboards to support project management and the steering of projects. Other tools include test management with defect management and solution documentation for documenting processes in all artefacts of a process.
