Review: The PTA management at the MY WAY Strategy Summit 2024

On the art of change: It’s all a question of strategy!

The MY WAY Strategy Summit of Family Businesses 2024 brought together over 1,300 participants from the fields of SMEs, family businesses and digitalization on 10. and 11 September at the WECC – Westhafen Event and Convention Center in Berlin. Entrepreneurial personalities shared their success stories to provide the audience with special insights, including the management of PTA IT-Beratung.

On board the media ship “ThePioneer Two”, managing partner Jana Fischer and the two managing directors Dr. Tim Walleyo and Matthias Wossidlo described in an open dialog how PTA IT-Beratung is constantly reinventing itself as a medium-sized, family-run company across generations. They showed how the company masters constant change and successfully positions itself in a changing market. Particular emphasis was placed on how the interaction between the founding family and external managing directors enriches the corporate culture and promotes innovation.

As part of his forward-looking presentation on “Avatars in practical use”, Dr. Roland Jesse, IT expert at PTA, presented specific application scenarios in the Masterclass Area in which avatars increasingly offer reliable services and thus contribute to customer loyalty. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, digital assistants who are available around the clock offer a great advantage. Dr. Jesse also gave an outlook on the future development of these technologies and their potential for high-quality consulting scenarios.

The MY WAY Strategy Summit once again provided a platform for the exchange of high-caliber ideas and inspiring discussions. In the unique atmosphere of the listed Westhafen Event and Convention Center, representatives from business, politics and culture came together to address current challenges and look for solutions together. The participation of the PTA management once again underlined the innovative strength and forward-looking thinking of the company, which is successfully preparing itself for the next generation.
