Preparation for replacement and introduction of new CRM system
Brief description
In this project, a specification sheet is being drawn up to determine the scope and requirements of the new standard CRM system. The new CRM system should be leaner and more cost-effective than its predecessor. PTA is responsible for project management – in close cooperation with the client – as well as the roles of business and process analyst.
Supplement
The task of the PTA is to evaluate the functional and non-functional scope of functions for the future CRM solution and to document the requirements in a specification sheet. To record requirements, the existing systems are analyzed and workshops and interviews are conducted with the technical experts and the Group IT service provider. PTA also carries out a vendor selection.
Subject description
In future, the new CRM system will manage all customers and prospects in one system. It will also be seamlessly integrated into the customer's IT landscape. The current partial use of Excel files is to be replaced once and for all.
