As part of process optimisation and further development, solutions are examined and implemented that use the MS Dynamics standard functionalities wherever possible. As part of this activity, know-how is also transferred to the customer's employees.

The project encompasses the customer's entire business processes in the areas of sales, operations and service. The ERP solution from Microsoft (Business Central) is connected to the CRM for goods procurement and logistics. Separate canvas apps are developed and optimised for individual departments.
